Can you please clarify? Any image placed in the introtext or fulltext of the K2 item is resized automatically by the plugin. So of you mean that, it's already implemented. If it's not working for you just let me know.
The "Article Images" functionality refers to articles "Intro" and "Full" image. There are no such fields in K2.
Finally there is no point in adding the "Econa Image Tab" functionality in K2 since K2 has it's own image tab for handling images. What the plugin adds in K2 is the image editor and the ability to have custom image names. The resize settings for images uploaded through the K2 image tab can be defined directly in K2 parameters.
