Hi! You mentioned you fixed this issue:
#395 – PHP notice in econa_article_images.php

Has this already been released in a new version? Or is this in a version that still needs to be released? I still see this in our logs so maybe we are not up to date?

Thanks!

Hi! Just to let you know: This notice shows up in the cron email we get when using the Joomla Smart indexer cronjob (/public_html/cli/finder_indexer.php). Not sure why, but it does.

PHP Notice: Trying to get property 'params' of non-object in /home/********/domains/**************/public_html/plugins/content/econa_article_images/econa_article_images.php on line 26

Hi!

In the econa_article_images pugin we see:

$plugin = JPluginHelper::getPlugin('content', 'econa');
$legacyParams = new Registry($plugin->params);

In our CMS we have the content plugin (Content - Econa) disabled because we do not use it. I think maybe that's the reason the params of this plugin can not be found?

It's only a PHP notice we get, but is shows up in our cron logs / e-mails when we use a cli script. So it would be nice to get rid of this notice ;-)

Kind regards,
Jip

Hi,

If you are using the Econa Article Images plugin then you have to also enable the content plugin. Actually you can leave all Econa plugins enabled. They are only triggered in specific hooks and they will not get your site slow.

Hi Lefteris,

If we enable the plugin 'Content - Econa' but not want images that are inserted in the article to be porcessed / altered by econa, will setting 'Resize Content Images' to disabled (in the plugin settings)be enough to disable the functionality of the plugin? So in that casse we have the plugin itself enabled, but the functionality disabled?

Kind regards,
Jip

Hi,

Yes, that's what this option does. If you face any issues please let me know.

We have enabled all plugins (except K2 plugins...)and we see no more notices in our cron mails.
Thanks.
