Need basic instructions

Hi, I have installed the 5 plugin, enabled them and configured the settings.
I can't see any affect on the website. The Image tab is visible in articles, but when I upload an image it is not resized and I cant see it in the files?

The first thing we suggest is read the documentation at https://www.firecoders.com/documentation/econa .

Do you use Econa with Joomla! 3.7 Custom Fields or you use Econa Image Tab?

Please provide more information so we can help you.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it appears to be working fine now.
I'm really pleased with it. just need to play around with the layout now.

Hi, me again.
This is strange. I have the same problem on another site but this time I can't fix it.
It worked fine for the first article, but now won't work for any new articles.
I'm using Econa Image Tab but the upload doesn't appear to resize and disapear with you click Save?

Hi,

Before you upload any images make sure that you have saved the options at "Content - Econa" plugin and that you have added at least one image size there.

Then upload an image and see if that works. If not create a private ticket here and provide us with administrator access so we can take a look.
