Yes it is possible. There is an option for that. You can add custom aspect ratios. Just edit the custom field and add the ratios you wish to the corresponding option.

Yes, you can define extra aspect ratios for intro and full images. The relevant option can be found at the "Content - Econa Article Images" plugin.
