Econa does not work properly

Hello,

I installed your plugin, but I have an important problem because it does not work correctly, it can not create a directory (xx) images / fields / 2 / com_content_article / xx (xx = article id ) In backoffice.
Would you have a solution to that?
(Which is strange is that it works, but now not) 
(If I created the directory by hand with dreamweaver for example it deletes the directory)

Hi,

If it cannot create the directory then this probably means that your server directory permissions are not correct.

Go to "System" -> "System Information" -> "Folder Permissions" and ensure that all the folders there are writable.

If they are not the most easy way to fix this is to install "Admin Tools" extension. You can get the free version from https://www.akeebabackup.com/products/admin-tools.html .

It has a button for fixing the directory permissions on your server. However note that depending on your server setup this might not work. In that case you will have to ask your hosting provider to fix the permissions.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.
I had already checked this but after hours of research I found it. This comes from the System - Regular Labs - Cache Cleaner plugin, which when configured empties the temporary directory before your plugin, so there is always a worry because your plugin can no longer use the image it has temporarily stored in tmp /.
In the System - Regular Labs - Cache Cleaner settings, select 'no' for the / tmp directory dump for work's
