Hi Dorin,
We have not tested Route 66 with other SEF extensions but they should work fine together as long as you don't configure them to do the same thing.
For example you may use only one of them for URLs customizing, not both.
If you face any issue please let me know.

I mean 4SEO don't create seo links, it is just for SEO.

Hi Dorin,
I don't know exactly what 4SEO does but I am pretty sure that it has some common features with Route 66.
Route 66 allows you to enable/disable features so you can use it with other SEF extensions.
So I assume that you should not face any issues. If you do, just let me know.
