Can you please check your Facebook page setup? Do you see any articles there? You have to navigate to Facebook -> Your Page -> Publishing Tools -> Instant Articles.

First, try to open the feed in the browser by clicking the preview icon in Joomla administration Route 66 area. The feed includes the articles created or modified the last hour. If the feed is empty, open and just save a couple of articles and then check the feed again.
When the feed has content it should work. If not please ensure that you have provided the feed URL to the Facebook Instant Articles settings.
We also recommend using the Facebook Pages Manager application on a mobile device to test your Facebook Instant Articles.

Have you tried to open an article and just save it as I suggested? Keep in mind that the feed includes only the articles created or modified in the last hour. This is the Facebook recommendation.
If you did save an article but it's not on the feed please create a new private ticket and provide administrator access to your site so I can have a look.
