I've installed the 1.6.2 update on a couple sites and all of them are experiencing the same problem. The plugin just isn't displaying the snippet info. Attached are screengrabs/screencast from k2 and articles.

Also, reinstalling version 1.6.1 seems to bring the functionality back.

Hi,
You mentioned K2 but in the video I see the regular Joomla article form. In any case, I just tested both K2 and Joomla articles and everything works fine for me. Please provide more information. Joomla, K2 and JCE version. Also check the browser console for any errors.

We just released Route 66 version 1.6.3 which should solve the issue. For your information, the issue occurred only for PHP versions below 7.1.
