SEO Title width links to information from Yoast for Wordpress.
Their site intimates that there is a separate field for SEO title.
Yet, I see no such thing in Route 66.
Am I missing something?

Hi,

The messages are coming directly from Yoast. We are in the process of converting them for Joomla backend. Joomla is using the article title for page title and you can override it using the "Browser Page Title" under the "Options" tab in the article form.
Note that if you have a direct menu link to the article, it may also override the page title. In that case, Route 66 shows a nice message to inform you.
Please let me know you need more help.

Ah. I had not scrolled down far enough under Options to see Browser Page Title. Got it.

Meanwhile, that Menu Item Notice you mention does not show up.
Perhaps it's because the article is not the only one on the page?
I'm using Category Blog layout here.

Unfortunately Joomla has placed this field, which is quite important, in a wrong place...
Regarding the notice, it only shows up when you have a menu item linking directly to the article, not when linking to a category. Only then the menu item can override the metadata of the article. This is how Joomla works.
