Route 66 disabling display of images

I've just installed the free version of Route 66 and, after setting up a basic configuration and rebuilding the menu, started browsing. The first thing that hit me was that all the slider images and link images had disappeared off the home landing page. I was unable to get them to re-appear so disabled Route 66, rebuilt the menu, and reloaded the home page - all missing images re-appeared.
The web site is running Joomla 3.9.11 and the missing slider images are displayed using "Shack Slides Pro" and the missing link images are displayed by Bow Themes Content Slider.
If this component were to work properly I would be interested in purchasing the Pro version to help with SEO problems.

I've tried various options but cannot get my web site to work properly with Route 66 enabled. As far as I can determine, the problem is down to a jquery conflict. I've tried various settings (where available) in the modules that use jquery but to no avail.

Its strange because all three browsers block the image slide show, but MS Edge displays the BT Content Slider whilst the other two also block that.

Hope the above is of help.

The only parameters I've got set in Route 66 are Article and Category URL patterns, which (if I ignore the home page) seem to work well. At one point I did think there was a conflict with "Custom Canonical" by Daniel Morell.

I've enabled everything except Google Pagespeed and everything now appears to be working!

Route 66 is now working with Google Pagespeed activated but I've had to set "Optimize javascript" to "No" in the Route 66 Options.

I've tried all Javascript Optimization combinations.
"Not Optimized" displays everything as expected;
"Inline" displays the Joomlashack Image Slider as expected, but not the Bow Themes Content Slider;
"File" displays neither.

I've tried using the "JQuery Easy" plug-in but to no avail.
I'll have words with the club president for permission to purchase the Pro version.

Yes. I had thought of that and have turned off "JQuery Load" in the offending BT Content Slider modules, but without any success.
I've also just posted a query on the Bow Themes, Content Slider forum, to see if they have any recommendations.
