I have just installed Route 66 PRO v1.2.3 on a new website and am finding again that I have to disable redirects in the system plugin or my website displays the template variable at the end of the url

You had fixed this for me previously, but it does not seem to be working with the updated version. Can you check to see if your fix was included in the new version. For now, I am leaving the "redirect" setting in the plugin turned off.
