issue with Raxo k2 related items module

Hi
I'm using a module called RAXO Related K2 Items (https://www.raxo.org/raxo-related-k2-items.html)
This modules allows to display related items in a module, and not just by tag.
Since moving to the module is not showing the images of the relates items.

Hi Udi,

I am not sure that this is related with Route 66. Can you please disable Google PageSpeed optimization in component options so we can be sure that this is caused by Route 66?
