Hi Marcin,
This is right. This is a sitemap index which can contain several sitemaps. If you add this URL to Google search console it will read your sitemaps with no issues.
If you want to see the actual sitemap content it is available at https://www.eoborniki.pl/component/route66/sitemap/4/content.xml?format=xml .
