I don't know what do you mean by members. Do you mean registered users?
You can use Joomla articles permissions and combine a custom field to get something like that you want.
But keep in mind that those users will be able to create articles on your site.

Here is how you can do it:

1. Create a category to keep the submitted articles.
2. Set the permissions in Joomla so registered users can only create articles in that category.
3. If you don't want the articles to be published make sure that you set the edit state permission accordingly.
4. Create a custom field of Showtime Image Gallery and make sure that is only available in that category.

Note that this is very basic implementation. If you need advanced membership features you might need to find a membership component or hire a developer to build one for you.
