the pop up is not working and i have set the gallery to 300 wide and 180 tall.... that is not what is showing. Any ideas please thanks

Hi Stephen,
Is that a regular Joomla article? Or a third-party component? If it's a regular Joomla article or a component that supports content plugins just ensure that the plugin named "Content - Showtime" is enabled.

Can you please enable all Showtime Image Gallery plugins and try to insert the gallery in a different article? If the issue persists, please create a new private ticket and provide administrator access so I can troubleshoot this.
