I noticed that some options are not visible imediately when I press Showtime Image Gallery editor Button. Popup window is not scrollable. I have to insert and edit gallery to popup window become scrollable.

Which browser are you using? What's the editor that you are using in Joomla? Is that TinyMCE?
Browser is Chrome and Editor is JCE Pro latest version.
There is difference in contentpane component modal-open classes when modal is open for the first time and when you open modal to edit gallery:

Adding
.contentpane.component.modal-open {overflow: auto !important;
} to Atum user.css solves temporary the problem.

I troubleshooted this earlier today and I noticed that there is inline style added to the body of the modal. I guess this is added by Joomla core modal.
I will test the code you submitted and let you know.
