Unfortunately, there isn’t a front-end editing feature available. Users can only add or remove galleries in the text or edit custom fields. Could you share more about the workflow you’re looking to achieve?
Simple workflow for example : a content creator add a gallery to his article from frontend and by mistake recreate the same gallery (our backoffice users do this regulary...). The frontend user can't delete the duplicate one.

I completely understand this. I think front-end management may be an overkill for such a component but duplicate galleries are an issue indeed. I think it would be much better if we can find a way to delete a gallery when it's removed from an article. The real challenge here is to detect if that gallery is used somewhere else.
